Shipping Policy

Politique d'expédition :-

Délai de livraison estimé 3-7 jours ouvrables.
Le traitement des commandes a lieu tous les 7 jours, du lundi au samedi, de 9 h à 16 h HNE. Les commandes passées le dimanche, les dimanches, non fériés ou après 16 h 00 HNE sont traitées le jour ouvrable suivant. Tous les colis sont livrés du lundi au vendredi.
Les articles en stock sont expédiés sous 24 à 48 heures, sauf indication contraire.
Les achats en grande quantité peuvent ajouter 1 à 3 jours ouvrables à l'expédition. Les articles peuvent également être emballés en vrac.
Les articles fabriqués sur commande sont expédiés sous 5 à 7 jours ouvrables.
Les articles personnalisés peuvent prendre entre 5 et 15 jours ouvrables pour être expédiés.

How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days (Sun) or 10 business days (Rx), please let us know by emailing kharadi@kharadi.store. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

How much does shipping cost?

We’re happy to offer free shipping to the INDIA

International orders under $100 have a flat $30 fee for FedEx International Priority service. International orders over $100 ship free! International orders may also be subject to import duties and taxes which we cannot cover.

Do you offer expedited shipping or order processing?

We offer Two-Day Air and Overnight shipping within the INDIA In the event an item in your order is back

ordered, customer service will contact you and make appropriate arrangements.

International orders ship via FedEx Priority International which is an expedited service.

Who pays for international import taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Kharadi has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Kharadi has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Kharadi is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

Do you ship globally?

While we do ship globally, there are some countries that we are unable to ship to at this time.

Countries we are not able to ship to at this time include, but are limited to, the following:

Brazil, Russia, Greece, Israel, Malaysia, Antilles, Ukraine
